"He had a very bad attitude during my last visit. He had a tone of voice of demanding that I tell him what needed to be done. (ie. Did I want him to do another heart cathe! What did I think he needed to do to treat me!) He also took it upon himself, rather than to confer with my PCP of changing a medication which he should have known to be beyond his scope of treating. I refused to do another follow-up with Dr. Cook."
